We accept the following files:

Photoshop: All images and fonts flattened as one layer.
Illustrator EPS: All images and fonts converted to outlines and embedded.
Corel Draw: All fonts and images converted to curves.
TIFF: 350 DPI or 175 line screen
JPEG: High resolution, 350 DPI

Specifications for standard offset jobs: CMYK colour format - NOT RGB Minimum resolution is 350 DPI Bleed of 0.125 inches on all sides. For example if your finished size is 4 x 6, design the piece at 4.25 x 6.25 No critical information in the bleed area or at the edge of the clip area Images are high resolution and in CMYK colour format If using spot colour, please specify pantone number	Specifications for digital jobs: Digital printing is subject to a $10 set up fee CMYK colour format - NOT RGB Minimum resolution is 350 DPI Bleed of 0.25 inches on all sides. For example if your finished size is 4 x 6, design the piece at 4.5 x 6.5 No critical information in the bleed area or at the edge of the clip area Images are high resolution and in CMYK colour format
Specifications for Multi-Cards: Dimensions: 3.377 x 2.127 One & two colour jobs must be done as line art, at 350 DPI Full colour jobs must be done as CMYK, 350 DPI No Bleed Save as a TIFF	Rich Black: If you are using black in your card design, use the following formula to get a rich black colour. Using this formula will give your card a more vibrant black colour and will help to make your finished product look its very best. Do not use rich black on text or gradients. 100% Black 40% Cyan 10% Magenta 10% Yellow

If we receive your files and they are not to the required printing specifications, a representative will call you as soon as possible so that you may make the changes and re-submit your artwork. We will not make any changes to submitted files.

Proofs:

We are more than happy to supply proofs free of charge, but in order to meet deadlines, we must have the files at least 24 hours before the specified artwork deadline. Proofs will be supplied as a PDF, JPG or b&w fax, at your discretion.
